Your offline file isn't changed or emptied by this. It stays exactly as it is on your computer.

Your invoice numbering and VAT settings came across too, so your next invoice carries on from where you left off.
Your free trial has ended, so there's nothing to open just yet. Your data is safe here and waiting: subscribe and it's all right where you left it.
Keep your offline file and its backup somewhere safe. Flowly Pro is now the copy you work from.
Already done
This account was set up earlier, so there's nothing left to bring across.
Importing again would create a second copy of everything, so it only ever runs once per account.
Wrong file
The file you picked isn't one Flowly made, so there's nothing in it we can read.
In your offline file, go to Settings → Export full backup. It downloads a file named something like flowly-mechanic-backup-2026-09-01.json. That's the one.
Nothing in it
It's a real Flowly backup, but there are no jobs, customers, vehicles or expenses in it.
If you meant to bring across a busier file, check you exported from the right one: the desktop and mobile files keep separate data.
Didn't go through
The upload didn't complete. Usually that's the connection dropping partway.
Nothing was half-imported. Your account is exactly as it was, and your offline file hasn't been touched, so it's safe to try again.
Trial started
Your card is confirmed and your 14 day trial has started. Nothing has been charged. Pop your email address in and we'll send you a sign-in link.
